If the customer wish to return an item for any reason for a full refund, the customer have 14 days from the date that the item is delivered to notify us by email. Please include the customerr order number with this, and a description of the item. we will reply to the customerr email to confirm receipt, and will give the customer a returns number and the return address
After this, the customer must make sure that we receive the product within a further 14 days. It must be ‘as new’ with no trace of usage. Worn, damaged or used items will not be refunded or exchanged.
The customer are liable for the return postage, and for any postal loss in the return of the item, so we strongly advise that the customer send it via a tracking service that offers insurance cover.
Please re-use the original packaging to return the item (for example the cellophane slip case and postal tube for prints), in order to securely protect it against damage, as the customer are responsible for ensuring the product is returned without damage.
Please include the customerr returns number in or on the box. we will contact the customer when the item arrives to let the customer know we have received it.
